Friends,
I am going to participate in The Weekend to End Breast Cancer, it is a two-day, 60-kilometre walk through the neighbourhoods of Calgary, taking place July 28-30, 2006. In order to participate, every walker must raise minimum of $2000.
Please join me on this weekend, either by making a financial pledge, volunteering at the event or walking the course with me.
The money you help raise will benefit the Alberta Cancer Foundation, a leader in the fight against breast cancer. The Foundation provides funding for leading edge cancer research, advanced treatment programs, province wide prevention initiatives, a patient financial assistance program and patient care and support programs at all ACB Cancer Centres.
It's a weekend of hope, as we honour lives lost, celebrate survivors and help bring cancer care to those who so desperately need it.
Thanks
Nicky
