Km's are high at 420k. The vehicle was a one owner and very well taken care of. It really is a must see. Runs like a top! Full service was just completed: new air filter, trans oil and filter, front and rear diff oil, and transfer case oil.

Sorry not really interested in a trade, but is your truck a diesel or gas?

I live north of Cochrane about 20 min if you want to have a look. You'll be happy with what you see.

Towing capacity is 8000lbs. This really is a must see Suburban. Very hard to find in a turbo diesel.

It is rare indeed, but alot of folk are afraid of the 6.2 and 6.5 diesels. Bad rep for injector pumps etc.....has this one had any fuel related work done to it?

The injection pump is a rebuilt one, but I am unsure of the exact mileage on this pump. The optic encoder was just replaced in the pump as well as the fuel filter. I am very familiar with these diesels and can honestly tell you that this one is in great condition.
The reason that 6.5 engines got a bad rap was that people (including GM) do not understand them. Often an injection pump failure was a result of a Pump Drive Module mounted on the pump. GM didn't want to admit to this, so they replaced the complete fuel pump rather than admit it was an electronic problem. The latest updated PDM (which this pump has) has proven very reliable.
A problem can also pop up with the emission controls on some of these engines (EGR system). This Burb has the heavy duty engine with NO emission control system. Hence, no problems related to this.
Any other questions are welcome.
