Well I have been wanting to do this for a long time and finally got the chance a while ago when it was around -3 degrees. With that temp the tar chissels out in good sized chunks instead of being all soft like when its warm out. About 40 pounds of it came out, and my car has a small interior so other cars would have more. Its not a huge amount of weight but it all ads up. I haven't noticed that much of a noise increase inside. From what I have read the floor is suposed to vibrate or drone a bit at highway speeds but I haven't noticed this. My exhuast was already really loud inside and its only a litte bit louder now. Anyway the point of this is that if anyone had thought about doing this I would recomend it if you have 11 hours and don't care about a little more noise inside the car. Almost ready for auto-crossing this year. :D
