Bought it yesterday (have receipt to prove it), hooked it up and in the process of transfering my shit, iTunes wiped out my music collection.

I am very disappointed with this item, and I am told there is a 'no refund/exhanges' policy on it too.

I don't want to debate the iPod -vs- other MP3 players, or what went wrong, I just want to get rid of it. I simply want what I paid, $368.00 + GST.

Comes with headphones, case, USB, everything... including box.

Will throw in the extra case I bought at time of purchase for FREE.

Seems unlikely that iTunes could automatically wipe your music library during something as simple as an iPod sync.

You sure it's all been deleted, or has it just been removed from the iTunes library?
