Hey guys,

In order for me to install the JDM foglights in to my Sti I have to either have the USDM bumber beam trimmed or buy a JDM bumper beam.

The only tool I have to cut metal is a dremel and I don't feel safe doing it as there is quite a bit to take out.

Does anybody know of a shop/individual who can help me trim my
bumper beam?

I don't think it would take longer than 30 minutes with a proper tool.

All help is appreciated.

Thx:thumbsup:

Buy a grinder with a steel cutting wheel and do it yourself. They have them on sale at Canadian Tire. I don't know about you, but when parts get cut off my car, I'd rather I do the cutting.

After you cut them make sure you hit them with some tremclad or something so they don't rust.

Hey Cory!

Crap long time no see.
Would you mind helping a brother out if I bring you the piece?
I've already made 1 of the cuts but didn't feel comfortable doing
the rest using my Dremel!:nut:

Let me know when you have time.

Damn so you finally got em?

Not that much of the bumper needs to be cut off, you can prob save some cash and do it yourself.

**edit

Ya I had someone bring them over on the plane from Japan with him. Got them Sunday and went to install but the Dremel is simply not cut out for making big cuts like that.
It's not a lot, you're right, but to get the dremel in there is risky and a little dangerous to be honest.

Also got the red Hazard button...5hp! HaHa

get a reciprocating saw (swazill style) and a pipe metal blade. I chopped up a whole Hyundai Stellar with a Wallmart cheapy.
