Because you'll always need a suit in the future.

Moores is where i got mine, along with some of my freinds. Good cheap starter suits. Plan on getting something different, a little better/fancier in the future but i know the $ will follow it righ tupo the scale.

My Moores suit I use for everything, interviews, special events, dressing up to go out, good suits!

International Clothiers is the bottom of the barrel shit. If you don't wear suits often, just go and get one from Tip Top or Moores. Most rentals will cost $200 once your finished, and a suit from either of those places won't cost much more.

Harry Rosen if money isnt an issue. There suits are almost flawless, I used to go there all the time with my dad for his suit shopping and those suits are simply amazing. You can tell they are epensive by looking at them, the feel, the quality and everything. Otherwise Moore's a good place and decent priced, another one could be Tip Top they got some economical pricing.

I usually go to Moore's/TipTop during sales and pick up good quality suits which are a size too big then get it customed tailored.

Harry Rosen is a waste. If you are going to spend that much money you are better off getting a made-to-measure suit.

If you dont have the time or patience. Henry Singer and O'Connors are worth checking out before Rosen.

If you dont want to break the bank check out Grafton or even Tip Top.

If all else fails there is still Moore's.

^^Well I personally liked Harry Rosen stuff, but this was a while ago like 5 years or so. When I still went shopping with my dad. Back then I quite liked their stuff, haven't been back for a while. Maybe I will go elsewhere as well and check them out.

Go to Ellen at The Place....for Men 209-2066. It is a consignment shop, you'll get a fantastic suit for the almost the same money as a Moore's POS.

Lots of dudes get their grad suits from Ellen.

I buy my suits from Grafton and Henry Singer... I used to go to Rosen but have been dissappointed with there service and stuff (like MOST people  )

BTW my last summer fashion was 2 button 80% linen and 20% cashmere suits.... fuckin AWSOME! Maybe ill rock it this summer for work as well :D

ummm i bought my grad suit from Grafton because I get really great prices.... it was a 3 button charcoal grey suit, tie and shirt, all CK with taloring for like 700ish... mind you, i need a more than average amount of talioring because im strange! haha!

Chinook, second floor, north of the food court.

Britches doesn't exist anymore. They shut it down and it's been replaced by Grafton and Co.

Moores is unmatchable quality for the price.

I know a number of bigwigs CEO's etc that buy their suits there...why waste money on a brand name?

There'll be more than enough places for you to find suits, you can pick one up even from mexx or banana republic. I think the more important issue is price range, how much are you willing to spend, and how much do you need to buy. Is it just the suit or do you need the works, cuz ties, shirts, shoes, and belt could run you up alot more than you expect.

Ebay it. I picked 2 Calvin Klein suits for $400 Inc shipping. Make sure it's your right size tho.

Mysoginist Thursdays... those were the days. Remember the Great Fake Scavenger Hunt and the Ugly Tie Contest?

"What's Mysoginist Thursdays?"

"Well, they're like Casual Fridays, but instead of wearing Hawaiian shirts, we discriminate against women."

If you think everyone needs 4-5 suits at one time then you're just plain ignorant to the reality of the lives of people around you.

i still think the normal routine would be to rent one for grad
then maybe even get a simple one as a gift from parents and such for the first serious job
and buying one or more formal ones to wear at work or occasions

Pin Stripe in TD is awesome, went there with my ex last year and the prices were better then the other stores we looked at and the quality seemed great.
