Urban Dream is proud to produce its 1st annual import car show and after party for 2003. Our main goal and vision is to unite all the car enthusiasts in the city for a 1-day extravaganza, featuring some of Calgary’s most modified imports.

As this is a show for the people of Calgary and surrounding areas, our focus is to produce the best import car show Calgary has ever seen. To achieve this goal, we plan on producing a show that will please everyone. Our goals are to bring in cars from outside the city, an amazing list of entertainment, and as many attractive models we can get a hold of. In further attempts in making this an incredible spectacle, we have attempted to incorporate very appealing attractions with low prices. Immediately following the IMPORT CAR SHOW, an AFTER PARTY has been scheduled where everyone can kick back, relax and talk about the show that just passed. The presentation of Trophies, Awards, and the crowning Miss Import Calgary will be featured at the after party.

In putting a show together, we value the importance of the cars, the guests, and the vendors. We understand that the cars are the main attraction and without all the tuners, we wouldn’t be able put this show on. To return the favor, we are giving out tons of prizes and benefits along with a couple large cash prizes and trophies, which include $500 to the Best of Show and another $250 to the People’s Choice. Awards will also be given out to cars, best in its class.

Since the show is for the people, we are trying to put together a large list of entertainment. Some of the entertainments we are trying to include are DJ battles, slam dunk competitions, B-boys, Miss Import Calgary pageant, GT 3 tournament, RC racing tournament, models, live local talent, tons of prizes, giveaways and the AFTER PARTY.

General Admission

Admission for the Urban Dream Show will be $10.00 in advance and $12.00 at the door.
Tickets for the Urban Dream After Party will be $8.00 in advance and $10.00 at the door. The venue for the party will be announced at the launch of our website.

Vehicle Registration Information

$35.00/car (includes entry of vehicle, two passes to the show and two tickets to the Urban Dream after party)
Awards will be given out to cars, best in its class + $500 to the Best of Show and another $250 to the People’s Choice.

The after-party is NOT at the Max Bell. It'll be at another venue. We currently have a couple locations in mind. We don't want to announce anything until its official.

*JUST A NOTE*

It's cheaper to enter your car into the competition than it is to attend the show and after party. IF you have a date that is.

$35 to enter your car gets you 2 tix to the show and after party.

Show on it's own is $12 ($10 with the coupon that will be in fridays sun)
Party is $10 (includes one drink)

that's a total of $44.

We have a lot of room, so we probably won't be turning away many cars unless it's a POS. :)

actually no, at one point last year many bars didnt let asians in because there was problems with gangs and stabbings.

yea good show. wasnt bad. i liked the models. my vote was the girl in that black dress. REALLY TALL AZN! extremely tall for an azn. but yea that was my choice. :D and my favorite car didnt pick one. woops. oo i liked the cars on the hydros :D espicially the ford taurus in the parking lot. it was bouncing all over the place, that was cool! ahaha.
