Unfortunately the only way to help is to swap back to the factory mounts, or raise your idle a bit until you don't feel the rattles.

how new are the motor mounts???

they do tend to "let off" as far as vibration after a while

my motor or my stereo rattles my car so either way, i am used to it ;)

that's why i like good old oem rubber mounts

poly mounts are for racing and people who have low standards in their daily drivers

sorry guys just the way i feel!

Yes, Maybe I should replace them again, any idea on how hard it is?

I have the urethane inserts in one of my EK's. My interior rattled lots until I put all my braces in. The ones that helped the most were the rear lower tie bar + X-bar to connect rear strut & C-Pillars. As soon as those went in, there was no more rattle, although there is still vibration from the engine due to the urethane inserts.
