I'm looking for a more luxary condo project preferbably in the nw, or sw areas. Something that is brand new or not even built yet, but perferbably nothing built yet as my time frame is about 6-12 months. Price range is between 220-300. Please post links if possiable.

They are putting up some pretty bling condos on 14th street and north haven drive.... right across from the COP station. Might be worth looking at think they start at 299,000. Good location to!

Yaa in the empty lot.... right on the corner. I think they are redoing the mini mall also.

By luxary I mean no point of view crap..something with stainless steal, tile, granite, etc..I will be probably leaning towards the 300 side but if I can get in any cheaper its always better.

There will only be 10 units there, I'm sure the cheap ones sold long ago & I doubt they sold for $299,000(Developer reserves the right to amend prices) great location though

that "crap" goes for close to 300k now..
