You know what? Forget all you haters, if some guy was to get those and come up with something clever to have them show (not micheal jordan or coke ads, and not like bumping the pimpstar song on your radio) they could be pretty funny. Like program it with a funny animated gif like that kid drifting his tricycle or something.

Better yet, find someone with those wheels, and follow them around with your wireless laptop. Then hack into the guy's wheels which operate via wireless modem, and put your own picture or message up there. Like have one wheel with an arrow to the driver saying "I am a PimpStar" and the other one with a picture of a very small penis.

Oh my... Who cares I think the point of the rims are to show something some what serious.

Also someone with the time to follow someone with those rims is 10x gayer.

Sorry man, I didn't mean to insult the seriousness of 26 inch wheels with spinning LEDs that can make a picture of michael jordan.

"Different colored lighting like you driving christmas trees" hahaha.

Once the technology gets to the "normal" wheels I can see it being a big thing for advertising and stuff.

I would imagine that you could not drive with those in the rain.

I think it's a cool idea, especially for advertising like somebody mentioned. I don't think these will get outplayed either....since the set runs for $12,500.

Hahaha, I can just see it now....Wal-Mart offering plastic knock offs with little doodle pens that glow in the dark.

Those are def. Unique.

I can see the Walmart verzions too. Glow in the Dark Pens to write on the plastic hubcap verions...or even better- replace-able, printable paper wheel covers! Print your own graphics! HAH!

Tech2

And a power adaptor for your printer that plugs into your lighter jack.

"You can even print new rims while you're driving!"

hate to curb one of those bad boys... I still dont understand how it works.. so there's some kind of digital display on the wheels??

When the truck is parked, and there's those neon tubs that go up and down each spoke, by the wheel spinning, it creates the animated picture, right??

Wow.. that's definately a neat technology.. but it'd only work when you're driving at higher speeds... if you're driving around in the parking lot, it might not work, because the wheels arnt going around fast enough for your eyes to catch the picture.
