My frnd was wondering where to get kitchen supplies (ie. utensils, cookware) for cheap. He's in the process of organizing a kitchen for an establishment. It would be Asian oriented if that matters. Any input would be appreciated. Thnx

There's an asian kitchen wholesaler on the west side of Centre Street and around 10 ave or so I believe. There're probably many others, but I've been out of the industry for too long to remember.

For large commercial equipment, he should look around auctions for recently closed restaurants to get a deal. I'm talking about hoods and commercial dishwashers etc.

I gather that it's a commercial setup when he said "establishment". Ikea stuff will last approximately 15 mins into a dinner rush. lol.
