Car Starter

HELP
i want to buy a car starter/alarm/keyless I don't really have a budget ($200-400?) but i'm not familiar with them and don't want to get a crappy one.
please list good models/price and where i can find them.
p.s. what will instillation cost me approximately?

i recomend the compustar 2-way, alarm/starter, i have it on both my vehicles, you can usually pick up the unit for around 300 depending on where you go, install, not to sure as i do them myself.
