Resume Writing

I need some help writing a resume. Anyone have any suggestions, especially for the objective? Also, I only have my GED, any suggestions on how to beef that up would be awesome! Thanks in advance...

I used to be a career counsellor many moons ago. Mcbride Career Group used to offer resume help for free thru various government programs and also fee for service.

I know this is an old thread, but I need help writing a resume as well. I think the one I have is OK, but OK doesn't cut it in a highly competitive market

and preferably by today as I have an interview at 3 :)
