You'd have to get way too close for a blowtorch to work. I'd be all about a long ass stick, or better yet a shotgun. Trying to kill that thing isn't the same as getting some cockroach, that thing can run up and bite you in the neck, and you could die. It's pure survival combat with that sucker.
