E*TRADE vs. Action Direct or TD

Anyone use E*trade for stock transactions? If so is it cheaper then using Royal's Action Direct or even TD WATERHOUSE?

Let me know of any pros and cons

I use action direct but thats only because I only make 7or8 trades a year.

If you trade more etrade is a much better service!
