Can't believe this year is almost over.....almost...
I have so much stuff to do in these last 2 weeks of school (last day of classes for U of S is the 7th). It's not even funny how much stuff I've just gotten thrown at me over the past couple of weeks + long term stuff that never ends. I've got freaking assignments due AFTER the last day of classes1! wtf is up with that.

To top it off I am in the lab (I'm a 3rd year physiology student) dissecting rats + drilling holes into their heads from 12:30-8pm on Thursdays and Fridays. 39 people are in this lab class and people are getting really touchy these last couple of weeks. Groups swearing at each other, internal conflict...really entertaining....hope my group doesn't get involved in that shit haha. :D I have a feeling that one of my partners is going to blow up on the nerd in our group this week (we have a group of 3). Nerd man is being too nerdy these days when we just want to GTFO of the lab as soon as possible instead of doing extra freaking work to learn shit that is pointless.

So...anyone else feeling the end of the year crunch/ownage yet???

I still have a month left but am also feelings the effects, everything is getting heavily bogged down.
Same thing with our labs, groups are starting to piss eachother off, especially the lazy bastards who ask for your work week after week and the stupid people who ask 1 million question per assignment.

Even tho last day of classes isnt till the 13th, i've got 3 exams within two days RIGHT after the good friday long weekend...its pretty scary and i'm pretty behind in half of my classes right now.

I hate it when midterms come, and you put everything off to the side to study for that midterm and you end up falling behind in all your other classes...seems like a trend in engineering, at least in my block.

But damn its gonna feel good, like binging on gummy bears after a long day, when i finish those first 3 exams.
A whole week to study programming, and nothing else to worry about

hmm i try to think of it as : might as well give it all u got now, while u're still in school..so u wont have to wonder about how well you could have done when you're out of school

better to be aware of your current limitations than to always give yourself the excuse that you "just didnt try" later

damn, im here in front of the laptop writing my term paper for english. English beingthe worst possible subject for me, im going to get owned!.... i have to finish this tonight and get someone to edit it before i hand it in at 2pm tomorrow.

I still have 1 big group project to do, a physics presentation, an astronomy paper (~15 pages), and a few other little things.
I'm definately feeling the crunch, but not nearly as bad as I thought I would. This semester went relatively well, but that's only because last semester went so terribly!

Our last day is today. We done and easter breaks start monday for 3 weeks. Going to london and gonna get drunk like a lil bitch for the first week of easter breaks and then concentrate on studying. Just can't be bothered studying like freaking all the time. Got 3 finals in may, they so god damn hard. Law of Tort final, constitutional law final and contract law final. I dont care what anyone says, god damn law school is HARD!:banghead:

I like this semester. All my papers are in, I'm writing a take home final (w00t for history), one of my sit-down finals is a 40 mc quiz, and the other is on a subject that I know like the back of my hand (military history). So I'm sittin pretty :thumbsup:

Part 1 of my Royal College Fellowship exam is tomorrow. Parts 2 and 3 are in May, and I get to fly to Ottawa to complete those. These exams are a huge deal for me, and represent the culmination of all of my post-graduate medical training. I have been studying for so long I can't remember what it is like not feeling guilty when I don't read. I can't wait to be done, get my life back and reconnect with my family and friends again.

I am sure everyone feels the same as I do right now, and can't wait for their exams to be over. Good luck everyone, on your finals!
