I dont know how much relevance this is... But I saw it on the way home from SAIT today....
Springbank Cheese is hiring (on 14th Ave and just north of 16th Street NW)... There sign says... "Help, I need somebody".... :D

How about the construction trade? New home builders can't find enough qualified guys. Might need some training though.
