This car belongs to a friend of mine. Running fine until last Sunday, then it cannot start anymore. No spark. The car has had difficulty starting in humid weather. And on the day before it stopped running, it also cannot rev high when gas pedal is pushed.
The mechanic says the distributor is screwed and it's very expensive to replace this (since he found no used part). If you're familiar with this model, can you tell me if there's an ignitor on this car? Or if there's a place that carry used part for this model.
