Whats the process do you have to take in order for a webpage you made on Frontpage to show up on your U of C IT account?

or if you're around the math sciences area, head up to the 7th floor (???) of the math sciences building and the IT people should be there to help you

ftp to ftp.ucalgary.ca
In your home directory, there should be a pre-created directory for your website, I forget the name.
Upload all of your files there, IIRC the default index file name is index.html
I believe that you shouldn't have to worry about file permissions in most cases.
Then go to
www.ucalgary.ca/~youritusername
to view it
Also, I believe there is a good tutorial on the IT department web page.

Another option is to use webdisk utility to upload your files to your IT account.

You do need to worry about permission. You can use your IT utility to enable it or ssh to your account and do it manually.

AFAIK regular student site does not support scripting(php etc) nor frontpage extention.
