Moving to lethbridge

Another city i am looking at,yes i did a search and i am not a student so living close to the school is not that important to me.Can anyone tell me the good and bad areas to of the town?

well....the only place I would try and stay away from is the north side (some areas are good though) and right near downtown. Everywhere else is good.
