Mazda 6

What does eveyone think of the mazda 6 or 6 speed. I'm looking for a first car and i've heard they are pretty good car for the price

They are great cars, I personally dont own one, but I have test drove one and wow its very impresive...Why??? Well it handles better than my MX3 which is lowered on tokico struts and hnr spring and has both front and rear strut tower bars... It brakes amazing and the power is there when u want/need it... I would definetly suggest goin to test drive one u will be very impressed!!!

we own the 05 mazda 6 and i love it personally, the suspension is nice and firm and the car handles really well, make sure you go for the GFX package though... really worth it! i put on a short ram intake for a little extra juice and better fuel econ. and the car is awesome on the highway, super smooth.

It was definitely one of the best handling sedans I've driven in a while. Personally I thought the powerband sucked for a V6. Doesn't come alive until after 4,000rpm, and the engine sounds strained compared to other V6's. Rather doggish in the low-mid range department.

The Mazdaspeed 6 is suppose to be over-hyped and rather disappointing in performance.

i love mazda 6's!!
i rode in my friends mazdaspeed 6 it is really really nice!!!
but i wish the mazdaspeed has the gfx wing

I didn't find the mazdaspeed 6 disappointing in the performance category at all. Take one for a drive i doubt you will be disappointed :thumbsup:

im trying to import one as we speak...much cheaper then anyone here thats forsure.

Im not sure how the models work cause the one im bidding on has every option available...but its called mazda 6i usa model.

Keep in mind these cars have a big gas tank!!!! they use alot of fuel

^^ I read in the Herald today some lady put $55 worth of gas in her Mini. Man, road trips are going to be expensive this summer :banghead:
