so i have a rattle on my bike somewhere. it's at about 4-5000.

i figured it was my exhaust, but the mechanic at GW said it could be my timing belt tensior. anyone replace this yet??

either way it's getting fixed if it's the exhaust or the timing belt tensior.

I'm thinking the same thing, Honda's are notorious from CCT problems. It is a quick fix and fairly cheep from what I hear.

just get yourself a manual cam chain tensioner and a service manual for your bike. save yourself some money and learn about your bike at the same time.

it's the timing chaning tensior.

i'll do easy things, but i'm not a bike mechanic so i don't know. saftey first

ok i fixed the fan it was just the fuse, must've got some water on one of the wires. that's one headache off my neck, now just have to come up with the coin for the rest.

the worst is that i have my 24000km tune up this year, he said it's adjusting the valves and junk. so another g note.
woo hoo

all this so i don't have to take the train to work, in the end though i still am glad i bought her. thanks for listening guys, i've only owner her a year and i'm already attached
