oem size that they reccomend on a 00 civic h.b 185.65.14. Any problems going with a 195.60.14? Will it have slightly better handling or should I stick with the reccomend size? I need to get new tires should just trying to decide what size I should get. I don't have power steering and can feel the uneven surface more. I don't want it to rub when u turn either way or make the steering hard or act funny if that makes sense to you?

195 is perfect. 205 will fit as well without any troubles. you shouldn't run into problems until you're in the 225 range

I got the 195.60.14, Great tire doesn't rub. One thing I did notice is that u do feel the road a little more has more bump steering and a little bit stiffer of a ride and takes a little more effort turing the steering wheel on a corner, but I think it was worth it.

I run 205's with 15" rims with no issues at all.

I run a 205/40/17 on 17x7 +42. No problems at all. My new wheels will even be a little wider - 17x7.5
