WTB: USB Header to USB Male Adapter

Anyone know a local place to get such a beast?

I have one of those floppy drive/9-in-1 card readers but no USB header on the mobo to support it. But I do have a PCI USB 2.0 card with an internal female USB port, so with this adapter I can get this thing working. :-)
