1996 Intrepid Electrical Gremlins

Hey my car is kinda messed, when i take turns the lights in the inside turn on and the doors lock, after lik a couple seconds the lights turn off....

can anybody help me out with what is happening here?

i had a 93 and it did that then a few days later it wouldn't turn over so its just sitting in my back yard
