Second Interview experiences

What's usually the agenda? Is it similar to the first interview but with higher management? ie. General Managers?

When I had my 2nd interview for my job, I had two people interview me. I had someone from human resources and one of the sales managers interview me the second time. The first time it was just the human resources lady. The questions were definitely more in depth and it took about an hour as opposed to 1/2 hour when I had my first interview. Like GQBalla said, just take your time when answering your questions and be prepared to talk about your past job experiences.
