Saw a CPS ghost truck today, a white Canyon, had a white truck pulled over on Anderson westbound. What was interesting was the truck he pulled over was in the grass on the right but the officers truck was in the right lane; not the breakdown lane but right on the road! It forces everyone in the middle lane to slow to 60 km and gives the office another lane of clearance to do his business. Saw him again same road same manoever about 30 minutes later. this time a white car. Notice they are all white vehicles. Weird.
