ofcourse Ill pay for all fees and leave some money to the person willing to do it for me.

it cost around 3000 yen, but the company doesnt sell outside of Japan.

If I remember correctly there is one Japan-residing beyond member. I can think of his avater but not his name, i'm looking into it as we speak.

EDIT: Our Japanese member is 'aquamarine' and he lives near Narita.
