im looking at getting one of these for building my upper body, ive herd some people talk about these systems just seeing if they are a good choice

I have one... it works. but i would say that it more for building a athletic Body rather than a Muscular body.. as the weight can only be increased to so much... they should be cheap, if you buy one used...:thumbsup:

Yeah. We have one. The incline is of course adjustable, but while you can get a decent resistance on some exercises, others even on the maximum incline, are much too easy. That is where they fail at building muscle. Although maybe I'm just really damn light (which I am, a whopping 135) but it's still a decent workout as mentioned, if you need tone.

Chuck Norris used one to develop his roundhouse kick. Your mileage may vary. We had one, and I never liked it much, it was always too easy.

yeah well im on the lighter side so thats my only worrie maybe strap soem weight to the slider
