My cousin's notebook is having some problems starting up. Sometimes it will make it to the desktop, but most of the time you will just hear the fan spin and nothing comes up. If we're lucky and we can get to the desktop, everything freezes after 2 minutes of use. Anyone have an idea on what may be the problem and how it can be fixed? We could always take it back to Memory Express but we'd like to see if we can do it ourselves.
