WTB: External tv tuner

Looking for a basic External TV-Tuner for a notebook, not looking to spend much send me whatcha got thanks.

Ive been tying to find one for awhile, good luck in getting any of them to run properly...USB tv tuners just flat out stink. Youre best off with the Viewsonic Next vision one.
