Just to clarify.

If I buy scalped tickets from somebody but decide not to use them, I'm allowed to sell them at the scalped price and it's not considered scalping on here. Right?

Big can o' worms being opened here, methinks.....everybody can now scalp tickets on here saying "That's what I paid for them" and they can look at this thread started by the owner and say it's OK because he did it.

Not saying you're scalping, because I'm sure you're only trying to get your money back, but it's going to be difficult to stop people from doing so in the future under the pretense that they paid X dollars for the tickets too.
