where to get parts

im lookin for a 99-00 civic SIR rear mount bracket and the shift linkage from the same car. I ordered from www.hondaautomotiveparts.com and they sent me a email today sayin they wont ship outta the country cauze of lost packages and what not for those 3 parts it came to $165.xx Canadian, where can I order those parts for that cheap? cauze if I get em from Calgary then it would be approx $100 per item
