The MKIV Supras (turbo and non-turbo) look very similar. I am pretty sure it takes a very trained eye to see the difference. There isn't much on the outside to give away that it is a Turbo (i.e. no badging).

The turbo symbol was a dealer installed decal which was an option in some cases.

Ha ha .. I remember .. back then ... I was in Edmonton .. almost bought a new one from the showroom ..

believe or not .. only $52K+tax in 1994 ( sale price )

Local car? Honestly, I don't think there was a WHITE Supra Sold in Edmonton in 1994 .. :dunno: I may be wrong .. but I remember .. ~ 5 or 6 Red, 4 Black, 3 Silver 1994 model year Twin Turbo were sold in Edmonton .. :dunno:

I think the other member's is much nicer .. $28K US ( app.39K cad ) to buy a much nicer NSX ...

There is no "asking price" on the trader link, I am sure he was joking to you for $45K .. I am sure he will be happy to get anything near $40K .. :D

1994 never had Turbo signs... Only the 1996+ had them on them.

Its a true TT .

Smart guy to whoever bought a supra new, its nice to experience virtually no depreciation over 12 years. I would say that per value it has the lowest depreciation I have ever seen.

WOW, are you serious? I was about to say he's smoking crack, to ask THAT much for a stock supra. I'd say wait another two years, then you can import JDM supra's for probably under $20k I'm guessing. When the NEW 5th gen supra's come out, that'll lower then 4th gen prices significantly. They'll be out fall 2007, so the mag's say.

man, if you check out Supraforums.com, there are TONS of really nice supra's for sale all the time. There is another 1994 TT for sale for $36k, but its done up really nicely. Also here in Calgary.

I'd be willing to pay more for a stock one than a modded one

a new model supra will have zero affect on mk4 prices.

i doubt jdm prices will affect our supra prices much. i have a one owner car, with service records at toyota since it was brand new, original sales recipt....etc the car is original condition from texas with no repaints.

how is some beat up 93 supra with a questionable past, no leather, almost guaranteed to have body damage/repairs, rhd with no paper trail going to de value the price of my car?? especially when the re seller puts it for sale for lots of $$

if you want to go to import one yourself then all the power too ya.

^^yeah i actually like the 94-98 mk4 supra way better then the ones they are putting up for "potential models",
they all look ugly in the back, but w/e a supra is a supra

He will defiantly what he is asking. And JDM cars are not going to do anything to prices of LHD Supras.. Hell they wont be that much cheaper anyways lol... (Plus you are taking someone elses problems) I hear way to many saying they are getting a JDM Supra for cheap .. i doubt it , its not like they had a million of them just sitting in Japan to begin with.

As for the MKV that rumor is way to old , I doubt its happening. Also for the supraforums , thats all in USD , plus 7 percent tax + 6.1 percent duty. it adds up.
