I bought this car recently and I was going to work on it for a project, but I really need the cash since I have 3 cars right now.

The car is a total loss BECAUSE the SOHC engine was hydrolocked and he just did the b16b swap (hasnt even been plated since) It just needs the mechanical inspection, so If somone wants it they can have it now and do the work themselves (which shouldnt need much). It was not in an accident, just the old engine sucked up water and he went through SGI for it.


Id like to see $8500 obo out of this car. That swap alone cost him $6500.

Yeah sorry I dont have pics yet, I will try to get some. Im going to get a permit and take it out of storage and store it at our shop until it sells.

I still havnt taken the car out of storage, I'll try to get some pics this week though since I have to get it. A guy is really wanting my IS300 and I didnt want to sell it but the price is right so I may be having to drive the civic for awhile

What kinda work is needed? Just a mechanical inspection?

from what i know it needs:

battery - 35 bucks
exhaust - whatever you want to put on it
b series mounts - still has the d series in it, so any integra ls mounts i believe.

Yeah I dont know why it hasnt sold. I wish I had the extra cash and time to put some work into it myself.
