Anyone here used to work there and can tell me where i can buy the dough they use?

I dunno but my friend used to own a subway, they had bag and bags of them in the freezer, I told him I was going to take a bag home. I never got the chance to take a bag. :( But I did take a crap load of stamps. :D

I use to work for Sysco and we packed the stuff for subway. Pallets with boxes full of subway cookie dough :drool:
We weren't allowed to buy them though.

I'm the biggest cookie freak and I have to admit those cookies are damn good. It all depends on the softness of the cookie in question; some subways feel the need to overbake their cookies to the point of hardness and they wonder why no one buys them. I know all of the subways in town that have soft cookies and the ones that dont. The UofC one sucks....they always overake their cookies and you have to pick the cookie that you want.

PS: some subways will sell you mass batches of the cookie dough....you just have to ask. :nut:

haha ... subways get them from sysco ... i used to eat a lot ... but then i saw taht each one was like 200+ calories :eek: ... now i might eat one every couple of weeks .. they are dam good ... if i wanted i could prolly order myself a bag :D

its easy to make subway cookies... just take regular cookie dough and bake it for half the time... you can see that theyre raw just by looking at the back of them.. dont get me wrong they are f'n delicious but i dont trust eating raw ingredients. and a weight training diet doesnt eactly endorse cookies either...dammit!!!!!!

I am pretty sure they use or at least use something very similar to English Bay frozen cookie dough. We use English Bay where I work, and from what I can tell ( Im not an expert like the one poster here), but they are the same.

If you bake cookies with a bit of jelatin powder in the recipe they are still fully cooked but have that "fresh out of the oven softness" for days and days:thumbsup: crazy delicious!
