who can unlock cell phones in Calgary? dont feel like having the hassel of mailing it to edmonton ( omegacell)

Guy sits in a small stall in sunridge mall. Not sure if he's still there, havent been there for a while now. But his stall is somewhere in front of EB Games and all that and has all the cell phone accessories hanging. Go upto him and ask him if he can unlock the cell phone. Pretty sure he can.
