I'm looking for one of those home gym centres just for working out at home when things are busy. Just one of the weight/cable setups with bench press, fly, leg curl, lat pull-down, etc. More exercises the better, more weight the better. I'm just looking for something that works smoothly. Like to keep the price around $250, but, if anyone has an older model Bowflex or osemthing, I'm willing to go higher.
