Yep... after exchanging a few e-mail to the person who installed and took these pictures of his new "Big Brake Upgrade": I think this is the deal for me!

They look really cool and your braking performance will be much improved. However, the cost of the brembo big brake kit is really expensive. The package is about 2 grand american per axle. Also you can't fit anything less than 18" wheels over them. My cousin however manufactures custom billeted wheels and he has a 17" wheel that will fit the brakes. check them out at www.introforged.com.

I called his canadian distributer and they quoted me I think a 1 grand per coner for the ones that look like kenny AMG wheel. He offered to give me a set at his cost which is much cheaper that what his distributer is selling them for. If we have enough people interested, I might be able to arrange a group buy. He's my cousin after all so I should be able to get something.

I figured the trip was already costing me nearly $300 before I even got there, that I would buy something to cheer me up!

If I was you, I'd need more than a 14" cross drilled brake clock to cheer me up.

Before they went under, you used to be able to get that stuff from Car Collectibles. I think Chinook Hobbies carries their stuff now.
