Metal Shops?

I need to get a flange made to weld onto my exhaust so I can bolt it onto my downpipe for my turbo.

ANybody know a shop that can do this relatively cheap and easy?

I could do the complete downpipe for $375, that a T25/28 discharge flange, 2.5" pipe, o2 bung and a sleeve to couple to your exhaust.

My downpipe already has a flange and bolts welded in.

The exhaust manifold has the turbo on it. I need the manifold to bolt up to my exhaust, which means I need the exhaust to have a new flange put onto it so that I may bolt the two together.

Can you make me a flange? all i need is a piece of metal like steel or something with the 3 bolt holes and exhaust hole cut / drilled out.

not sure exactly what your talking about, it sounds like you need a complete downpipe, like i quoted above :dunno:

Thats a generic flange and any muffler shop should have them in stock

sorry bro, maybe ask whoever you bought that from if they can supply you something.

you take it in to laser equations and have them cut you something. it will cost you around 150 i imagine.

Looks like all you need is a simple 3 bolt flange to weld to your mid pipe so that you can bolt it to your downpipe. Same as my set up. As I think was suggested, go ask at a few exhaust places. That's not exactly a rare part I wouldn't think, and it shouldn't cost that much.

Either that you you could saw off the 3 bolt flange on the downpipe and get two rims wleded on each pipe so you could use a V-band set-up. Pimp. :)
