Anyone have CIA for there internet or home telephone?

it works ok since its on the shaw backbone so u're basically a shaw customer. but the voip that they run has some problems with fax/satillite report backs/ or any data sensitive protocols so if those are important u'll have to go with shaw or telus for the phone line

Yup, been beaten to death.
That said, the product is excellent (VOIP + cable internet), installation time is a little lengthy (they booked me 3 weeks down the road), but the customer service is absolutely zero. I ended up filing with the BBB just to get my UPS and my billing straightened out.

Mine's been great.....customer service sucks, but its such a good deal you have to put up with something...

I've found if you call sales instead of technical support, you talk to someone immediately, and you get transferred much much faster.....
