Breakfast- cereal (harvest crunch), oatmeal, nutri-grain bar
lunch- usally just a sandwich (bread and ham)

snack- bananna's, celery with peaunut butter, kiwi, cereal, toast (honey and peaunut butter), tuna
i usally drink about 2 bottles of water a day and protein 30 min after my workouts.
just curious if anyone can point out my major flaws so far or some suggestions?? breakfast, lunch, and supper ideas that dont take long to cook/make and wont cost me a bunch. lookin to only spend about $30 a week on groceries...

Why does everyone just work out the muscle groups they can look at in the mirror? Work out your back and legs man.

$30 is a little low, but im sure its possible. I would suggest to not think of it as a weekly budget, but maybe a monthly budget. Lets say $160 a month (i know its a bit higher.. =$40 a week), and buy in bulk. Im sure its doable. Challenging but doable.

I eat about 75-100 per week in groceries. Lots of steak, eggs, and greens (like asparagus and spinach).

I usually buy a club pack of sirloin steaks at Superstore. It is about 22-25 bucks for 6-7 decent sized portions. I would actually prefer a good rib-eye, but that is fattier. Dinner usually consists of a steak and a bowl of spinach salad with chopped eggs and some cheese, or steamed asparagas or broccoli.

Lunch is usually a Wendy's double burger, chili, and a coke. So bad for me, but way too convenient.

Breakfast is harder for me to do every day, but is usally anything that might be left over from the night before and a large glass of Heinz tomato juice (not from concentrate).

Hard boiled eggs are an awesome snack for me, and they are convenient, so I always have some in the fridge.
