They are considered a kit car. You don't buy it fully assembled - the engine and transmission comes separately & you either put it together yourself or pay someone else to do it. So, yes, they are legal in Canada.

Yea, basically because they don't conform with Canadian Crash Test regulations like 100's of other cars from over seas. :(


As for it being a "Repost"... It technically still is, as everyone knows about this thing by now, and 5th Gear is WAY behind the times.. Top Gear reviewed that car when it was almost brand new.. Get with the time 5th Gear. :rolleyes:
