My buddy is interested in doing some AutoX in Calgary and getting a FIA license. Does anyone know where I can get some information on this, or if there is an autocross club in Calgary at all? Thanks!!!

But of course! http://cscc.speedracer.ca/phpBB2/ is the local CSCC forum. speedracer (a member here too) runs the forums, so he can answer most questions that you or your friend might have. The CSCC site is at http://www.bishop.ab.ca/CSCC/

FIA license? I have no clue where to get that, I know you don't get it from autocrossing! :D.

Thanks Rage2.

The club is affiliated with FIA Canada if that is what you mean.

There is no license required for Autocross (Solo2). Purchasing membership means you will get a discount price on the events as well as other goodies :) (Plus it's cool to have.. okay that mu little ad for CSCC - hehe)

There is an a Auotcross school coming up (check the board for details). http://cscc.speedracer.ca

Competition license for running Solo 1 and Road Racing from www.wcma.ca. If that is what you are looking at doing.
