Honda newb question but what does the vtech controler do? And can i hook it up to my 00 accord V6?

It can change the crossover point of the higher cams... air/fuel ratio, etc... If your engine has Vtec you can connect it...
*Vtec* not Vtech... we don't power honda's with phones :guns:
