exhaust piping and peices

I'm in the market to make an exhaust for my car, instead of buying a pre made one at twice the price it seems.

who in town has a GOOD flexpipe and 304 stainless steel tubing (3") and mandrel bent peices?

hoping to get this all by saturday and hopefully have my buddy weld it up.

then I just need to decide on if I want a couple resonators or maybe just one and muffler

i doubt you will save much money by making an exhaust yourself. by the time you buy stainless piping, flex, flanges, resonator, muffler, gaskets, bolts...etc...

it all adds up pretty quick for 3" stainless stuff. have you ever made a full exhaust system before without a hoist? its pita


i donno, that my opnion. i could do it but i always buy a nice stainless exhaust for my cars. too much work to make a nice exhaust.

well, I might not, but right now I don't know that until I find a place that sells the peices I need to find out how much it would cost. :dunno:

and we do have a hoist if I decide to make it.
