Digital cable or HD Satellite???

Hi guys, was wondering what you guys use for your TV programming and what you guys would recommend?

I've got basic cable but want to change from either a:

1) HDTV Digital Cable Box
2) HDTV Satellite

I just got a new HDTV and will be upgrading my programming packages. Need some opinions on both units(with packages under $60/month)
