Should work with various cars. You can check the Momo site and look at the Tuner.

Hub included.

I am not sure what you mean by hub. It's the wheel, and the center piece. The momo site have pictures as well.

the hub is the adaptor hub that you'll require to mount this to your vehicle. They usually retail for about $60 US. and are vehicle specific.
