s10 vs. sonoma

just curious which one u think is better, pros/cons? whats the diffrence between them?

im pretty sure they are like the same truck or whatever but id go with the sonoma dont know why but i like the sonoma

They are the same truck, very minor differences.

But, that said at my work we have a fleet of mostlys10 with a few sonoma's in there too. The sonomas seem to be pieces of crap. Have issues strating and break down more often than the s10's.

These trucks are around 99-03's.

They're absolutely identical, same as all Chevy and GMC trucks. Just pick which front end you like better and buy that one. PS, later model Isuzu pickups are also based on the S10/Sonoma chasis and have a better looking front end.

Yup - they're mechanical twins. I personally like the sonoma front ends a little more, but pick whichever you like.

As far as front ends go...check out the Isuzu Hombre that I was talking about:

It also has a different rear wheelwell, there's a flat line on the top of it.

I'd get one of them if I wanted another pickup....that or swap on the Envoy front end, complete with the big front bumper and factory HID's:

I guess I still haven't fully gotten past my lowrider mini-truck stage yet, hehe.
