ok i've been using Nerovision Express to burn downloaded AVI movie files to a dvd that will play in my home theatre dvd player.

however, if i encounter a larger avi file (say 1400mb) it won't let me burn it to dvd using this program, it says its TOO big? (wtf i know!!)

so anyways, what program do you guys recommened/use to burn AVI files to DVD discs?

(i tried "cucosoft avi-dvd" but it didn't work)

(i also wouldn't mind being able to insert chapters, and background images)

It's not just size, it's length. If the avi is 4 hours and crap quality, it won't fit. If it's high quality and 50 mins, it will be downgraded and will be fine.

Use DVD Santa.

use winavi to convert each cd and then use TMPGEnc dvd author 1.6 to combine it to fit into 1 disc.

or alternatively you can use dvd shrink to reauthor too.
both work well
